No Return Policy

We do not offer returns on any products once they are delivered.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it.


Damaged / Incorrect Items

We request you to inspect your order at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nishantpande81@gmail.com with clear photos/videos as proof.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Replacement Warranty (90 Days)

We offer a 90-day replacement warranty from the date of purchase in case of manufacturing defects or natural damage.

✔️ Covered under warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Natural damage not caused by misuse

❌ Not covered:

  • Damage due to improper handling or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

To request a replacement:

Once approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.


Non-Returnable Items

As we follow a strict no return policy, all products are non-returnable.
This includes:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal use items


Refunds

Since we do not accept returns, refunds are not applicable.

Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where:

  • A replacement is not possible

  • Or the issue cannot be resolved
