Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified in such cases.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India only. All our woolen products and cotton bags are carefully packed and dispatched from India.


Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Free Shipping: On prepaid orders above ₹1000
  • ₹50 Shipping Fee: On prepaid orders below ₹1000
  • ₹150 Shipping Fee: On Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • ₹75 Shipping Fee: On Partial Pay orders

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


Shipping Partners

We work with multiple trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The selection of courier service depends on the delivery location and operational efficiency.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • High order volumes during peak seasons

We appreciate your patience in such cases.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted for all products unless the item is damaged due to customer handling.
  • Customers can request either a refund or exchange.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
